At Cosmic Dog Yoga, we are devoted to creating an inclusive yoga home for Livermore, where the adventure of yoga is joyful, accessible and full of love.
First time tips:
• Come 5-10 minutes early to sign up and decompress.
• Bring a water bottle, a towel, and if you have one, a yoga mat.
• Meet the teacher and let them know if you have any injuries. Move at your own pace.
• Classes are performed barefoot. Please wear comfortable clothes, including shirts that are fitted enough to stay put when going upside down for your first downward facing dog pose.
• Upon entering the practice areas in the studio, remove your shoes. Cubbies are both in the hallway and inside the main studio.
• Mat rentals are free for your first class.

Enter our lobby from the third street side. You should have ample space in the parking lot.
There are two studios at Cosmic Dog Yoga: Om and Lotus. We also have a spacious baby sitting room, two bathrooms and two dressing rooms.
Our lobby is equipped with everything you might need for your personal yoga practice: mats, custom made mat bags by Drew Andersen, books, Manduka towels, mala beads and yoga art. We currently carry fabulous products from the MezAroma line: soy based candles, sugar scrubs, and lip balms - all created from natural products and aromas.
